SCHEDULE APPOINTMENT

• Complete FAA required online Medxpress application @ FAA MedXPress
• Print and bring a copy of completed application to your exam
• Use single and double arrows to find AVAILABLE times
• Select AVAILABLE appointment from schedule
• Enter required information
• Close browser if appointment RESERVED or cycle browser to confirm
• You will receive an email confirmation of date and time of appointment
• Check “junk/trash” email box if not promptly received

LOOK UP APPOINTMENT

• Use LOOK UP link: LOOK UP APPOINTMENT
• Enter required information

CANCEL APPOINTMENT

• Use CANCEL link: CANCEL APPOINTMENT
• Enter required information: Date of exam and phone number
• Close browser if appointment changed to AVAILABLE or cycle and close browser
• Check Inbox for email confirmation or “junk/trash boxes”
